#Bug in the event for summons

Hello I add friends to the event but I can’t take the 20 summons it is like no there friends added so how I can fix it

Regarding the issue you reported about the abnormal task counting, please confirm if your operation was correct and complete. According to the rules:

  1. The invited person should have never pre-registered for the game before.
  2. The invited person needs to click on the "invitation link in the pre-draw card" that you generated to jump to the activity page >> log in to a third-party account >> click on "Tasks" >> proceed to pre-register (Note: At this point, the invited person should see the inviter's nickname, otherwise it's invalid).
  3. After the invited person completes the pre-registration according to the steps, they need to return to the pre-draw card task page and click "Completed".

If you are certain that your operation was correct, please provide the following information for further verification:

  1. The in-game character ID/nickname of both the inviter and the invited person (if the invited person doesn't have a game account, this is not necessary)
  2. A complete screen recording of the operation (including all links clicked)
  3. Screenshots of the invited person's pre-draw card tasks

I've followed every step.. still not a single succes. It's a shame. Gonna miss out on a lot of summons

According to the rules:

  1. The invited person must have never pre-registered for the game before.
  2. Pre-registration and pre-draw card are two different activities, so the participation entry and counting methods are also different. If you want to count towards the "Invite Friends to Pre-register" task bar, please generate an invitation link from the pre-draw card task interface and share it with the invitee to participate.

That's all been done, but ofcourse I can't provide screenrecordings after the fact....

^This! I've convinced 6 people to pre-register through the Pre-Summon Event - the first 2 worked fine but the rest were not added. Now I have to get 4 more people to go through the process AND record it.

It is very likely that the invited person did not follow the correct steps. Based on the majority of the feedback we've received, many invited users did not complete the pre-registration process through the inviter's link.
**For example, they may initially see the inviter's nickname, but if they click on a different link during the registration process, the invitation code will be lost. As a result, even if the invited person completes pre-registration, it will not be counted. We recommend that the invited user copy the invitation link directly into their browser to complete the pre-registration process. After completing it, they should return to the pre-registration page and click "Completed".

That has been tried. But no matter what, this is apparently a badly build system if it is that easy to 'do it wrong'. I hear a lot of ppl in my guild with similar issues. I would suggest just giving everybody that did not do the 250 summons at least some extra summons to compensate for it. I'd think that by now the pre-registrations will be through the roof anyways.
