It's been a few hours and all of a sudden I can't log in anymore on my account on pc, via Steam. Attached are the screen I get and the multiple Dragonheir processes that start when I launch the game: "sospeso" means "suspended" in english. I have tried restarting the pc, uninstalling and reinstalling, installing on a different hard drive, removing every folder remaining after uninstall. nothing works. Can you please help me?

The PC version does not support running multiple dragonheir.exe processes simultaneously. Please follow these steps: Close all running dragonheir.exe processes. Restart your computer. Try logging into the game again. This should resolve the issue and allow you to run the game properly.
Hello, I know the the pc version does not support multiple clients, it’s what I’m trying to do: the game spawns multiple processes at launch and “thinks” those are extra clients, so it freezes and I can’t log in. Those processes can’t be closed, I get an “access denied” message. If I restart the pc they disappear, but if I then tried to launch the game again, those extra processes spawn again. I tried uninstalling and deleting all folders, doesn’t work. It also just happened all of a sudden, it was working fine until yesterday. Can someone from tech support help me please? Thanks 🙏

PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
Please find the log files ending with.log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.

Upon confirmation, you need to run the taskkill command as many times as there are instances of Dragonheir.exe. Multiple game instances are not allowed to run simultaneously. In other words, if there are three instances, you will need to kill the process three times before reopening the game.
I already tried to use the “taskkill” command, even by running the command prompt as administrator, but it doesn’t work (the processes still won’t be terminated). Plus every time I restart the game, new processes get generated
To add some details, the "taskkill" command won't work because it says it can't find the process (using the PID with the command). Don't think it would help anyway because as I said, everytime I try to restart the game new processes like those will start and those processes only get terminated with a PC restart
