#Pre-summon event issue: invited friends not registering points

Those friends must not have registered before this event. So friends that registrerd during the previous account aren't usable.

Regarding the issue you reported about the abnormal counting of the "Invite Friends to Pre-register for the Game" task, please confirm if your operation was correct and complete. According to the rules:

The invitee needs to click on the "Invite Friends to Pre-register for the Game" link in the pre-draw card you shared, which will redirect them to the pre-draw card activity page (at this point, the invitee can see the inviter's nickname).

The invitee needs to click "Go to Pre-register" - "Go to Pre-register", complete the pre-registration, return to the pre-draw card webpage, and click "Completed" for the pre-registration.
If the operation was not performed following the correct process, it will not be counted towards the task. Additionally, the invitee should not have pre-registered for the game before.

There are tons of ppl experiencing this.. I know 3 of the 6 invites followed this process. Only 1 was added as a friend on the pre-reg page, and none was registered as invites on the summons page.

Ensure you used the [Pre-registration Link] shared from the inviter's [Pre-draw Card Page] to complete pre-registration. We recommend closing other website links during this process to avoid losing the [Reservation Code] due to link replacement.
****Additional identification: During pre-registration, the invitee should be able to see the inviter's name, as shown in the screenshot. -
After completing the pre-registration invitation, the invitee needs to return to the Pre-draw Card page and click [Completed].
If you have any questions, please provide the following information:
- Inviter's in-game Character ID/Nickname
- Invitee's Character ID/Nickname (if you haven't downloaded the game or don't have a game account, this is not required) + Screenshot of the Pre-draw Card task interface after the invitee completes pre-registration

My problem has been resolved, although I lost 3 people I invited whose points didn't register on the first day of the event. On the second day, I invited new people and it worked, their points were registered successfully. Maybe on the first day, many people accessed the event website, causing some to experience bugs with different issues... I hope everyone who experiences the same problem as me or with different issues finds a solution and gets their problems resolved quickly. And with this post, I hope it can help others. Note: if you experience problems on the event website, try again the next day or clear the cache on your browser.
