it changed the menu when entering Defeat Aschetius phase. I haven't received the gift from Exploration Menu and it keeps saying to claim it.

hi @azure temple Each top rank in Vortex only differs by 50 points, while the reward for Exploration Quests is 6,000 Cleps. That means 120 days of effort in Vortex can be wiped out just by missing one day of Daily or Alliance Exploration Quests — this doesn't seem reasonable. Please reconsider this.

Here in East Asia, we can't wait until the end of the day for the Alliance to complete the quests in order to claim the reward — that would be 5 AM. This is the modern era, not the old days where people wake up at dawn like farmer

You already have the red dot notification showing that a reward is ready to claim — so please auto-claim it for us via email. That would be a fair solution. It's not acceptable for 120 days of effort to be lost just like that

I had that same problem both last season and this season. The problem is that last season I didn't know how to identify it, and in the end, it cost me a lot of places in the rankings.

Of course, it's not just annoying, it's unacceptable that the effort of an entire season should be ruined by a simple scheduling issue between timezones.

I’ve consistently stayed in the top 2x over the past 75days, making an effort in Vortex every day. But just missing one milestone in Exploration caused my rank to drop to the 6x — that’s not fair.

simply the reward is there, can be easily received via email, because there is always a notification here day by day
