Cannot login on Steam version, error [9999][6]

I downloaded the Stream version and when I try to login I get the following error.
I'm playing from portugal, would like to know if there are any fixes or is it because the servers are still not yet availabe for my region.

From the error message, it appears to be a login timeout issue. Please provide the logs located in C:\Users[replace with your computer username]\AppData\LocalLow\sgra\Dragonheir Silent Gods, so we can check if there is any useful information.
