Please check the verification interface and slide up or down to find the confirmation button to proceed with logging in. If you are encountering a white screen, please provide a complete operation recording (video), device information, your role ID, and game logs so that we can further investigate the problem.

Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.
