Lost chat function

I have lost the chat function from bottom left of my screen. I am unable to see any chat or post any chat as usual. The only way I am able to access chat is by going to someone on my friends list who I have had a chat with and open that conversation.

(How to get the logs on Pc: Find the directory where the game is installed in the system files, click on it and there will be a logs folder)
[Game installation full path]:
(e.g.: Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs)

Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.

Please pack all the log files and send them to us. Once we have collected the information you provided, we will immediately report it to the relevant team for confirmation. Thank you.
