If you are installing the PC version of the game, please provide the following information.

For Android version, please provide the[Game log]:
(How to get the log: the log file under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/.)
Please find the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log.
Please pack all the log files and send them to us. Once we have collected the information you provided, we will immediately report it to the relevant team for confirmation. Thank you.
