Please locate the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you may not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to us.
The solution cant be “ use an VPN” you need to fix that issue ASAP and give a compensation

d. Screenshots of the first purchase and the most recent three transactions (include order number, date, purchased items, etc.):
