Clepsydra score bug

Hello!

I had a problem with Clepsydra reception at some point during the season.

I've been ranking pretty much all season in the Top 150-250 on Vortex

Inside the Top 100 in Chief Challenges (some weeks inside the Top 50)

I have made my 15 teams daily during the Otherworld Exploration (Except the first day I did 14)

I have finished in the Top 200 in the Final Boss

My current ranking is Top 22%, which does not correspond to the results obtained in the content.

I think the failure or loss was in the last week of the Chief Challenges, right in the transition with the OW, but I have no way of checking it.

I await your response. This could ruin my season, and there are only a few days left until it ends.

Are you sure? I'm pretty sure there was some kind of issue during the last week of the Chief Challenges, around February 13 - 14.

In fact, it's an issue I already mentioned in a chat with other game mates.

If you could take a look at that date, I'd appreciate it. If you tell me after that that everything's okay, then no problem.

I guess so. Back in the day, when the last week of Chief Challenges ended, I don't remember receiving the reward.

I mentioned this in a chat I have with two game mates, and I honestly didn't give it much importance. I thought that at some point it would be compensated or I would receive it.

Then, I continued playing normally, making my OW teams and making my attacks on the FB without giving much importance to the Clepsydra ranking.

Yesterday, I don't know why, I decided to take a look and I realized that I was in Top22%, which I'm not saying is impossible but it is quite far from the results obtained in the content in general... That's why the only thing I can think of is that the error is in that final week of the Chief Challenges, back on February 13-15.

Maybe I'm wrong and that's all right, but I'll feel more at ease if you take a look at that specific moment, the reward from the last week of the Chief Challenges.

If after checking further at that point, you tell me everything's okay, then everything's fine. But I would appreciate it if you took a closer look.
