Character not shown from the PC
Dear Traveler,
Upon checking, we can confirm that there is a login record for your account. You can try logging in again with your third-party linked account on the PC Steam platform.
If the issue persists, please provide a complete screen recording of your operations, the relevant logs, and your device information.
How to provide logs:
- PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
- Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
The issue is still appearing, I zipped the logs, hope that is fine ? I can login into the game, with my second character, but the main character is not shown / available.
- Main character is missing
- shown for 1 second during login, and repeated sometime if i stay in this screen
- If i enter only the second char is shown // available

Sorry to say, on my desktop PC (Steam / Google login) I still have this issue. Tried also to uninstall the game, delete all steam and game data -> and tried with a fresh installation. Issue is still appearing

Thank you for your patience. According to the log you provided, the issue was caused by network problems. I'd like to ask if everything is working fine for you now?
I still have the empty character list and the error message about Failed to access the character list
Don't know if it help, i restarted my Network router , and now the games is forcing me to create a new character, the character load screen is still empty and the error message is still shown

Type "cmd" in the Start menu
Enter: ping arks-koala-live.dragongamena.com
Then send us a screenshot of the results displayed on the page. Thank you๏ผ

how to fix it it happened to me yesterday but after 10s tries worked but now nothing happen
@silver wren @brittle agate Thank you for the information provided. I would like to confirm if you have performed any operations to update the system, network, or VPN. Additionally, please follow this path and provide all log information under this directory:
C:\Users[replace with your computer username]\AppData\LocalLow\sgra\Dragonheir Silent Gods
System and network updates have been done, vpn is not used, and attached the log files
Issue is now solved -> final reason is not clear to me, might be a damaged ntdll.dll or some other windows problem ... solution was to do a windows restore. Thanks to your support Flora.
