Vortex Ranking disappeared

My rank on Vortex disappeared. Already set my score early in the morning, but I'm not ranked anymore.

Sure. But I haven't gotten any mail with rewards.

The only mails are from Maintenance and from Arena.

In other words you declared using this glitch as cheating - without informing players beforehand that it is illegal now. That's foul and illegal play on your side. You have the full right to declare any activity in game as illegal but YOU HAVE TO inform players of that before taking disciplinary actions (which removing scores is). Since you failed to inform players you cannot take out scores down. Please give us back our ranking rewards that were gained in legal way.

Ok, thanks for that. But I would urge you to inform all players that this is no longer allowed, otherwise other players may run into such problem. Or, better yet, take this glitch down. It takes 5 mins of work and requires no code changes in game. Msg me if you want to know the details how.

Thanks for the compensation. However, the only thing I cared about was the Echo of Clepsydra for the overal ranking in the end. I usually get into top 150, so that would be 220 missing Echo in the end. As for this season, it wouldn't change a thing, but maybe it will in a future season where players are more closely to eachother. 🙂

Maybe reset the score so players that get affected by this get a second chance for setting a new score the next time?

To maintain a fair and healthy gaming environment, we have cleared abnormal data, including removing from leaderboards and erasing affected data. Corresponding compensation has been sent to everyone's in-game mailbox. There will be no additional compensation at this time.
