Thank you for your question. Allow me to explain that summon counts do not accumulate across different banners. For example, Celestial Alternate Summons VI and VII are two separate banners, and their summon counts do not accumulate.
Hero summons are controlled by a random number generator (RNG), and each pull is an independent event. For instance, in Celestial Alternate Summons, the probability of obtaining a legendary hero is 3% per single pull.
For blessed summon banners, each time you summon a legendary hero that is not your chosen blessed hero, the weight for your chosen hero increases incrementally.
It is recommended that you focus on summoning from a single banner to increase your chances of obtaining legendary heroes.
