#Chat doesnt work on 2 different devices

Hi, im playing mainly on my PC (Steam) and sometimes on my phone (Android) im loging in via Google on both into the game.
My problem is that massages i send or get on my phone doesnt show on PC where im mainly playing, also im not sure if anyone can see my texts when i send them via PC. So i cant communicate ingame at all it seems like.
