Hi

I am having issues using the Midasbuy purchase system, and despite raising this with their own customer support email, I am getting nowhere

I keep getting error code

Error Message: Payment failed. Please contact your bank or choose another payment channels. Please contact us if you see this message repeatedly.(B701)

My Dragonheir Character ID’s are

2544401597048087552 (Coldwawarrior01)
2632644974542872576 (Coldwarwarrior02)

And this is extremely frustrating when trying to buy the Spring Festival bundles etc

I have tried using both my mobile phone and my laptop to purchase and neither are working, likewise I have checked my bank account and there are funds available and I do not have any problems with the card(s) that I have attempted to use on Midasbuy, on any other website

The item you're trying to purchase may have reached its purchase limit. To further confirm if this is the cause of the issue, could you please let us know which specific item you are unable to purchase? Additionally, could you check if you can normally purchase items from the in-game shop?

There are no purchase limits shown on the shop, so it’s difficult to know, I was trying to buy the Spring Bundles and don’t normally buy top ups via the Midasbuy platform, normally I buy in-game or via Steam, neither of which had those bundles
