And it turns out that this is not an increase of chance to 100%, but the use of combat skill with a rally effect, which is absolutely useless! , it would be more appropriate to get Rally 100%. I would like changes. I have Filto and Telendor with the eckluximum artifact, and Filto beats more than an exlusive hero with the artifact... and if he doesn’t have the artifact, then the difference is even greater. I don’t think that’s appropriate. 100% Rally with combat skill could be made to Telendoor at least playable in solo, and so it is not needed when there is a simple legend of Filto..😵‍💫

Thank you for your patience. After verification, the artifact effect of the Monelisse-Blessed Scabbard is: it triggers Rally without consuming its own Rally status. When Thelendor equips this artifact, there is indeed no additional consumption of [Rally]. From the video around 13 seconds, we can see a beam of light shining down from the sky, while Thelendor does not have Rally status, which demonstrates the artifact's effect.

Regarding your feedback that Philto deals more damage than Thelendor when equipped with the artifact, this is due to Philto's higher multiplier, which is purely an attribute-based increase.

This will make it possible to at least somehow play as an exclusive hero without support.
