No new servers after 6 days

Why no new servers after so long?

Dear Traveler,

New servers generally open every 3 days. You can check the new server list by clicking Settings - Account - Switch Account-New Server List. If you are unable to view it, please provide screenshots of your character list and new server list.

I've reinstalled everything and there is just no new servers.opening attal when I login to that server it's 6 days in the maze event hence why I know it's 6 days old
