Thank you for your feedback. Based on our testing, it is possible to create and save a squad. From the screenshot you provided, it seems you did not select any heroes, which is why it could not be saved. Please also note: if you have selected a team and are customizing the squad name, make sure that the name you save meets the required criteria. Squad names must be between 1 and 16 characters. If the name does not meet these requirements, it still cannot be saved even after creating it.

Check the account please. It's not working. I'm playing the fourth season and I know what I'm talking about. When I click on the save button, the window for entering a name does not appear at all. And I'm not the only one with this problem. Honor 20pro. Two days ago everything was working fine.

Tested it on another phone. It still gives the same error. Tried in different dungeons, in the training camp, through the tab "create a team", everywhere the same Error.

Upon confirmation, the default squad name in Russian exceeds 16 characters, preventing the squad from being saved. You can navigate to Settings - Language and switch to another language to try again.

Это действительно работает,но это не выход. Нужно каждый раз менять язык и перезаходить в игру при каждом новом создании команд

Такая же проблема как на видео. После покупки 3 ушей не могу создавать команды,хотя счётчик стоит 15/30.
И я так понимаю это проблема только у людей с настройками: русский язык.
