Server stuck after Bigby event

Dear Developers! Happy New year! We have a huge problem at server Hor Hill VII. Our season was completed last week, in a middle of Bibby event, but new season is never start, no explanations or announcements were made. So, our hope was that new season will starts - as we completed Bigby event, which is today - but nothing happens. Could please explain is this a bug or something else......

Hello!
We are one of those servers who was second to enter new seasons after all that server merges. So we are second group of servers that were playing on oldest servers. First group of servers(hor hill2 3 4 5 6 or some more i dont remember) are already in a season for 15 days and we had 2 weeks difference between each group meaning we should be in a new season today but we delayed for untold reason.
Can we somehow contribute to have our server launched any sooner than waiting without any content next two weeks? I understand that theres a lot of work due to company merge but it doesnt really makes any sense making us wait another half of month, because boss were done like a week ago. Waiting is killing, i would understand if all that time is for preparation and moving us to a brand new 5 season but if its not like this then it doesnt make sense let us waste those time just checking clan boss everyday and have a small talk with him about his endless duty as well as our endless-long new season launch

I understand all that, but some even smaller servers or less active servers were transfered those from first group, i know since my wife on one of those servers and we know exact delay between our servers and my server is more active than her, but all those hor hills was passed to a new season while we have to wait, some servers are even was not ended yet. Anyway i dont try to convince you, just explain myself and how it feels, so you could understand that its not a common situation, rather than there is a plan for our server or for some reason we would be merged unlike those from first group, they remained same.
