You might try logging back into the game and completing the real-name verification, then check if the issue resolves. You can try logging out of your account from the top right corner of the login interface, then try logging back in via Google, Facebook, or Apple to see if any authentication windows appear. If you've attempted multiple times and still cannot access, please provide the log.
How to provide logs:
- PC: Navigate to Steam\steamapps\common\Dragonheir Silent Gods\logs.
- Android Mobile: Navigate to Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files.
Please find the log files ending with .log. If file extensions are not displayed, you might not see the .log extension. Example: dragon_log_xxxxxxxx.log. Kindly compress all log files and send them to us.
