#Missing Event Rewards

Hello Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with missing rewards from the recent Thanksgiving event.

During the event, I participated daily and successfully obtained Oggok as a reward (I already had the other hero, Zeffi). After the event ended, I saw the rewards in my in-game mailbox but didn’t claim them immediately since the system indicated they would remain available for 30 days. I also left some other gifts unclaimed for the same reason.

Today, as the new season began, I logged in to claim my rewards and noticed my empty mailbox. Oggok and the other items I earned are no longer there. However, when I checked the event section (in Web browser Chrome), it showed that I had claimed Oggok, but he wasn’t in my account inventory.

I’ve tried to contact in-game support, but the provided link appears to be non-functional. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and help restore Oggok to my account, as he was an important reward for my participation in the event.

Start of new season clears all mail in in game mailbox. Should have claimed them when you could, now is too late.

Who could have known? Would it have been so hard to write in big, red letters that these rewards wouldn’t carry over to the new season? Honestly, it’s a real letdown — to create such an exciting event and then immediately ruin its aftermath. It doesn’t leave a great impression on players.

I’m still hopeful for a positive resolution to this issue because I see it as a misunderstanding. I participated fairly, and completed everything as required, and even the mailbox indicated that items would be deleted after 30 days — there was no mention of the new season causing their removal.

I understand the reasoning about preventing people from stockpiling rewards for a new season, but that’s completely different from deleting heroes earned through an event. Those are the results of hard work and participation, not bread rewards. And if this was the plan, why not clearly warn players in advance? It’s frustrating to lose something like this without proper communication

Mails being deleted on season merger has always been that case and you are here since 2023... something aint mathing here...

Let’s not look for betrayal where there isn’t any.

I played actively during the first two seasons, then took a break because the game felt stale during the next three. Now, I wanted to return, test out Oggok, and get back into it — but that chance was taken away. Well, fine, who needs another player anyway, lol.
