I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out regarding an issue with missing rewards from the recent Thanksgiving event.
During the event, I participated daily and successfully obtained Oggok as a reward (I already had the other hero, Zeffi). After the event ended, I saw the rewards in my in-game mailbox but didn’t claim them immediately since the system indicated they would remain available for 30 days. I also left some other gifts unclaimed for the same reason.
Today, as the new season began, I logged in to claim my rewards and noticed my empty mailbox. Oggok and the other items I earned are no longer there. However, when I checked the event section (in Web browser Chrome), it showed that I had claimed Oggok, but he wasn’t in my account inventory.
I’ve tried to contact in-game support, but the provided link appears to be non-functional. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this and help restore Oggok to my account, as he was an important reward for my participation in the event.
