The game want to delete my acount while playing in emulator

After linking my Apple ID to an Google account, the game want to delete my account when I try to launch it in Bluestacks Air.

Back to the same problem, the game want to delete my account, after having an empty dialog,which I clicked cancel as I can't see what is was about :/

How to provide logs:

Hi, after desinstalling the game and reinstalling it, I still have the same problem, the game want to delete my account, and Im stuck here. NB: can't find any log.

Hi, it seems to work, thanks, but some Heroes are missing like Ardreth, Stegamoffyn, burn and shadow ones, (still investeging for others). Did they been removed from the game ?

Those are not s1 heroes, you only have access to s1 heroes at the moment and the rest (when inherited) will join un their respective seasons

I used Google acc before and I want to link my fb for using computer to play, then after i linked fb I want to unlink my Google. The game just restart after I click unlink, and then my account is gone
