I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times but still have the same problem and today the update is stuck at 7.8%.
And this is my information.

This reported problem is only when playing on a notebook. Playing on an Android phone is fine.
And before the system update, I played this game on my notebook through the PC program and I played this game without any problems. But after the new system update, I had to play through Steam and it had the problems as reported.

Ok, now I can play the game on my notebook. The problem is my internet service provider. They blocked something from this game. Thanks for the great help.

The error that occurs as shown in this image is because I did not open the game through the Steam app. I opened the game through the game shortcut that was pinned to the taskbar.
