Same issue, running iOS
I have Android, and i did login with my google account bouth in the event page and in game.
To claim your thanksgiving heroes, go to your ingame character you want to claim it for, go to the EVENT TAB-> THANKSGIVING SUMMON TAB-> CLICK PARTICIPATE BUTTON ->redirect to THANKSGIVING Page -> login there and claim !
I can't claim the champions I chose and someone else's champions were sent to me in game. In game msg was also in chinese instead of english which was odd and makes me think I got someone else's.

Didint get any heroes too, I get an error on thr page, "invalid login status. Please log in again."

Regarding the issue you reported with claiming rewards from the Thanksgiving Summoning Event, it's confirmed that you need to use the character you wish to receive the rewards with and log into the game. Go to Settings > Events > Thanksgiving Summoning Event page to proceed with the claim. Once successfully claimed, the rewards will be sent via in-game mail. Please note that rewards cannot be claimed if accessed through the web browser entrance.

I stupidly deleted the Chinese language mails but I have screenshots of my currently empty mailbox. The gallery that shows I don't have Oggok and the event page that shows what I picked and that it says that it has been claimed.
Now the problem is that all the heroes I collected are empty slots, attaching an image. I participated in the event everday, got a Jathalea and random epics. Now i can't claim anything.

Thank you for providing your account information. Upon verification, you claimed the heroes from the Thanksgiving Summoning event between 05:39 and 05:40 on December 16, 2024. The specific heroes include: Voresh, Soveliss, Horace, Lethdander, Rava, and Tharivol. During the Thanksgiving Summoning event, the heroes you choose to keep will temporarily be stored in the associated third-party social account, and there is no direct link to the third-party account bound to the player's game. When entering the reward claiming stage, you need to use the game account you wish to receive the rewards with, log into the game, click on Settings - Event - Thanksgiving Summon - Go Now, then click to claim heroes on the webpage and select the characters to receive. The rewards will then be distributed via in-game mail.
We regret to inform you that all operations must be performed by the traveler themselves. If you make an incorrect account selection or fail to claim the rewards within the specified time due to personal reasons, we are unable to provide resends or replacements. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Same here it tells me to claim ingame but nothing appears. Both webpage and game acc are the same.. When do you guys get something to ever properly work?
Did you relogin after you went from ingame via Button to the claim Page?

I would but now I cannot log into Steam after the recent Patch
@mellow summit I never claimed the rewards from the rewards page. When I opened the game at around 7:00 on the 16th there were heroes sent to my in game mail already, but not the heroes I selected. When I tried to collect my heroes the page said that they were already claimed. You can see from the screenshot which heroes I picked. I only have one account and I always went to the event page from that account. So the explanation that I somehow claimed a different group of heroes than the ones on my event page makes no sense.

Could you please confirm whether the third-party account you used to participate in the event is the same as the one linked to your in-game account? What are the platforms for these accounts? For example, Google, Facebook, or Apple ID?
@mellow summit My in-game account and the event page are both linked to my Google account. I double checked this again today to make sure and I only have one Google account.

@mellow summit The only way that would be possible is if the event page allowed two people using the same verification, to have each their own event. I have never given anyone permission to use my account so if a second person did so it is fraudulent. Does your event page allow this? I definitely did not pick Tharivol at any time. He was one of the few legendaries on the list that I already had. So, just to recap, you believe someone fraudulently used my identification in this event causing my choices, screenshot provided, to be overwritten by someone else, and this is working as intended? It would cost you literally nothing to fix this.

We indeed haven't found any other anomalies on our end. You logged in using your linked third-party account, and only after selecting a character could you claim the reward. Currently, we haven't detected any irregularities, and we hope for your understanding.
@mellow summit That doesn't explain why my event page shows different selections than I received. How is that possible? After you claim them you can't change what was selected so it should be impossible for my event page to show Oggok and to be sent Tharivol. How do you explain this?

There is no “event” on my in game settings…
Also a victim of iOS bs and literally didn’t get back into the game until yesterday. This is brutal. Especially since I have to use a VPN!??! From Canada. How am I going to be compensated for that additional cost? Huh?
