Regarding the issue you reported with claiming rewards from the Thanksgiving Summoning Event, it's confirmed that you need to use the character you wish to receive the rewards with and log into the game. Go to Settings > Events > Thanksgiving Summoning Event page to proceed with the claim. Once successfully claimed, the rewards will be sent via in-game mail. Please note that rewards cannot be claimed if accessed through the web browser entrance.

We have confirmed that the compensation for the delayed development of the iOS version is intended for all iOS users (including basic and delayed compensation, with specific details based on the official announcement). Please note, due to the need to verify the eligible user range and the login time frame for receiving compensation, users who meet the criteria (those who have not logged into the game from December 2 until the reinstatement on December 11) must log in to the game before 04:00 UTC on December 18. After this time, they will no longer be eligible for compensation.
The final compensation distribution will be completed no later than 04:00 UTC on December 19.

That is notbthe point of my ticket. By the way there is no option to delete distinct character of account that iş not used any more. -
Compensation depends on maintance time. I linked my Account with all opportunities to avoid data leaks related to migration.
So i’m still waiting for compensation 12/02 - 12/05 and to get Thanksgiving price.
Log into your game, go to events, go to thanksgiving click it job done, don’t go straight into the browser

You need to log into the game to claim the Thanksgiving summon; accessing it directly through the web portal won't work. Once logged in, click on "Events" - "Thanksgiving Summon" - "Go Now".

The compensation for iOS is aimed at all iOS players. Please refer to the official announcement for details and content of the compensation.
2321754176820945920 Atreina, gmail link used, claimed the only option i saw in my iphone, it was in chinese, no email for this.
Go into game - click on thanksgiving event - click on browser page - scan the code again in new window - there will be new link where u click claim - log back into game and u have all in mail 🙂 claim and enjoy
Claimed, but not in my account, in a chinese one that i never used, no other options.

According to the rules, each game character and social account can only receive the reward once, and the hero selected in the web card draw event is saved to the third-party social account you logged into. If you have used multiple third-party accounts to participate in the event, you may log in with other game accounts to claim the rewards.
