when the rewards came from when the server was offline, I got Calavera and Ardreth's inspiration items, but both of mine already had 5 inspirations. Would it be possible to exchange them for store points or for Aladiah's inspiration item?

You can contact ingame support (or #🆘┆customer-service ) to swap them for essence of creation but no other hero
