Reset season without in game/facebook/discord email notification makes me not know and get reward

The maintenance email does not mention that a new season will start after maintenance. As usual, there will be an email announcing server A+B... on facebook, discord, in game email but today there is none. I think it should take longer for users to receive their rewards, why so urgent? I lost many rewards and event+shop items can buy. I see a lot of people have reported the same issue as me. Please check again. Thanks
