Today on the 13th of December I logged into my account which was on Lakelands 1. I managed to get up to number 1 on the Otherworld Boss yesterday on the 12th of December, for which the overall rankings were still due.
I didn't receive any rewards for the finished season 4.1 as it appearently sent me to the new server Mangrove 1 and season 4.2 before issuing the Sandcore, Wyrmarrow and other resources for the ranking rewards.

The Otherworld Event ended this night. I logged on this morning directly after waking up. When would I have the chance to claim my rewards? There was less than a 2 hour period which is "convienently" between 2 am and 4 am then?
With every other season we had at least a day or until 9 am (08:00:00 UTC) to claim rewards.
Iโm for the second time in S.4 now. Every seasonal reset worked like this with a 2 hour time span in the middle of the night to claim the rewards. Perhaps youโve been just lucky with your last resets. ๐
Playing like 3 months of a season, putting in the effort in Otherworld Exploration Endboss and then have just 2 hours of claiming rewards which is in the middle ot the night for middle europe?

These is no mail about the merge, like "new server will be named ..." like S2 S3 and S4. The newest email only say about the maintence and compension after that. Plus these only 2 hours to claim the reward ? I'm sure we used to have at least 1 days to wait for merging after end boss finised. Not every players (of course EU) could stay up late today to claim the reward.
Even if it is in the middle of the day. 2h for rewards claiming is a design flaw that should never happen.
It's very bad when you have server which works globally and some are at sleep time, some could pick rewards some didn't manage in time. The merge was too quicly in my opinion. It's bad to read your story
It's even harder to understand while we play 3 months, +84 days and hesitation, 2 hours will break your result of the ladder...

This still doeant cope ... lots of rewards are sent via Mail on the daily reset and thats for ALL of Europe in the niddle of the night...
When will we finally see the Auto collect/distribute function thats long overdue since cbt2...
This issue occurs since cbt2 end every seaosn end again and again (check reports history...)
And not being able to collect the ENDBOSS REWARDS makes Player loose out on their earned Spot... (some even lost top1 cause they couldnt claim the rewards)....

But to reiterate Kelsier's point:
Why does it have to be in the middle of the night and without getting any other way to get your hard fought for stuff?
It was for me the first time to be in the middle of the night and only having 2 hours of doing the claimable stuff.
I lost like 30 ranks in the overall Clepsydra ranking because I can't get up at 2 am (for me) to claim those rewards...
In all honesty: In my opinion Dragonheir loses more players for having that 2 hours window to claim your rewards rather than having a day of claiming rewards and then moving to the next season.

Is that your operating policy, spend 2 months grinding + 1 month waiting + money deposited to have to stay awake for 2 hours to receive what I deserve?

2 hours at night will always be an issue for any region, but our European 2am is their working day... that wont be solved , cause delaying it by 5 hours or so would be midnight for the american regions (excluding usa) and delaying another 5h or so would mean its out of their working hours
So having an AUTO COLLECT is and should be the best option and should have implemented long ago un my opinion
Yes, either an auto collect, especially during processing the merge (everybody gets rewards), or starting the process of seasonal reset at the same time as the daily reset (nobody gets further rewards after the last whole day) would be fair. ๐
Wouldnt solve the missing rewards at reset, some seasons end and merge the day after endboss dies and than you couldnt collect those rewards and the endboss leaderboard rewards neither...
It's annoying to hear them respond as if it's the user's fault. ๐ซ

To minimize waiting time for travelers, we usually include servers in the merge list once the final boss is defeated. Each server may have travelers from different countries, and we must consider this comprehensively, which might not be convenient for some players. Ok if we need to play this way...
Planning improvement should not prevent that a specific situation for a specific player is solved.
He had the issue, it should not be blamed on him, he open a ticket. The issue with him should be solved and then planning and implementing a improvement so it won't happen again.
Not the fist time they pull such stunt. When the Arena was switched to current version (which was at least 6 months ago I think) we had about an hour to collect weekly rewards. Those that could not do so in time never got their hard earned resources.
Resources from weekly arena are not so huge, compared to endgame boss rewards you can get per each day of hitting it.
To be honest endgame boss period is even more crutial. The longer endgame boss fights will take the more echos players of server collect per day attempt.
That's why our server didnt' have problem which is mentiond from the beginning of this topic. We had completed endgame boss dmg 2 days earlier than default time it was. Same way we lost 2 days of daily resources of endgame boss attempt, that's lot of echos if you will look on that.
That's why each server is not comparable to other with rewards, position and even starting ending time of season ๐ Each is unique, ech has it's own problems with event periods, timings, comming merges, sum of strenght of players ect and EVEN TIME PICKING REWARDS which is about from start of this topic.
Besides not talking about rewards. The feeling of your effort, time, money not being properly recognized and returning to zero makes me want to quit the game and thinking about "is it okay to play this game with such operators? Where Considering users is not important to them?" ๐ซ
And every time they say "your voice will be heard". Whether they really relayed the message to the dev team is irrelevant, because out of a thousand cases, not one has been changed, improved or compensated properly. 0/1000๐

getting seasonal heroes yes. my Calavera was i5 already, so that is useless for me and many other players.
- compensation for sandcore...NONE
- compensation for the heliolite dice from endgame rewards + seasonal shop... None (as I would have earned at least 4-5000 sandcore, now I will have 500 ๐)
- Compensation for master scrolls I would buy from seasonal shop... NONE
- Compensation for missing most of the Oak event (especially fire/poison banners as the most important for my account)... NONE
So if you think that Calavera/Ardreth inspiration and the original tickets, stamina bread and a small amount of wyrmarrow is good...then I am really left speechless.
All of us who invested money into the game are the reason why devs and everyone else have jobs. And we get a slap in the face with no Real compensation, or getting a compensation that is barely 5% of how much time, money and effort we invested. IT IS INSULTING!
Even Raid : Shadow Legends, who was run by one of the most money-grubbing companies, gives hero nerfs and buffs, completely free 7-day login heroes, and invest more thought into game development. At the moment, there is NO worse company that runs this kind of game when it comes to respecting their customers and trying to compensate them in the right way.

From all the cases that players were harmed and was not their fault, zero have been resolved.
Reality is that they took our time and money and put on development of the Chinese version. Zero have been done hero. No development, running some players season and no real compensation given.

I wanted to let you know my appreciation of giving us this season more time to collect our rewards from Otherworld Exploration as well as giving a heads up approximately 3 days in advance.
I truly appreciate this and feel I'm not alone on this opinion!
