Hello. The account was linked to Facebook. When I log into the account, there are no characters. When I log into the game, it says: some characters have moved to a new season, and when I log into the game, there are no characters at all. Only a new server.

I had an account linked to Facebook. I tried to log in only through it. As you can see in the video, it tells me: some heroes have moved to a new season. I click select server and there is not a single hero there.

It's a shame for the heroes from the dnd collaboration. I can't play, I'm missing all the oak and banner events that I saved up for the entire season. If they don't restore my account by the dnd event, I'll file a complaint through Google and get my money back.
