Battle pass was not fully accepted after migration

I am an iOS user and was not able to log in to the game for some time after migration completed (it was already the end of a season on my server).
I was able to login back to the game with the help of android emulator on my mac os finally in a few days.
As far a I know, the remaining part of the battle pass that I bought before migration should come via email. But I din't receive this email.
Could you please help me?
