If you have already re-installed the game from the above stores and are using a linked third-party account, but still cannot log in, please provide the following information related to your login issue:

b. Social account binding method (Google/Apple/Apple ID)
c. Error screenshots/videos
d. Your country or region
Additionally, the data migration for Apple accounts is still ongoing due to system issues and will not be launched as expected. As a result, travelers who have only linked their accounts with Apple, or those using iOS/Mac devices, are currently unable to download, log into or run the game. Please rest assured that we are doing our utmost to expedite the migration process for iOS, hoping to allow travelers using Apple devices to return to the continent of Adenthia for new adventures soon. To express our apology, we will provide compensation to all users who have been unable to successfully log in before the migration is completed, as announced.
