VPN dont work, I cant write any conde at all, if I click in it, it pops a white empty page. Im in Spain, My Game name is Atreina.
Same problem in Poland. PC steam client.

We have tested the redemption code function on our side and it is working normally. Could you please let us know if you waited a long time on the blank page screenshot you provided without any proper redirection? Have you tried using other browsers?
Yes, I waited long and tried many times since day 1. It's all in the game. A browser never opens, only the white page "MSDKWebview—CEF," which does nothing.
Also, I only have a PC and an IOS phone, not Android to do a test so please, add "AWAKENING, GROWSTRONG, OAKBLOSSOM" codes to my account since it's broken on my game, I don't want to miss them.
Steam is crud, please please please get the game on Epic Games and/or GOG.com where I rarely if ever, have any problems in purchases and game crashing

interesting it get updated 33 mb i get log and when it was launching server it crashed here's the log
ok now when i trying to log into game it says service error [9999][6]
