misty conch artefact not working

i try it on couple of heros with close to 0 accuracy the defuff is resisted but the def down is not inflicted

both of them they were okay before the update but now after the update is not working

yeah i know i am fighting the end game boss season 4 repeat and i used the same lineup with thia but this time she's not applying the def down

and theodemer in venom i had my team saved before the update but now is not working anymore not applying the def down

in rare occasion is aplying on one orb there is something wrong with art for sure

you can easy see that the boss resist the healing prohibition buff on her ultimate therefore the def down should be applied 100% of the time and can't be resisted.
