#Unable to recharge dragon crystals

Hi,

After having issues with the client downloaded from Epic Games, I uninstalled it and re-installed from Steam, after re-installing, updates etc, I went to recharge my dragon crystals to buy Wyrmarrow for Helios.

I completed the purchase via steam but no dragon crystals, I tried again (the funds were still there in Steam) but still not, I tried logging out and in again of the game, but still not working

I tried a few more times and then finally saw an error code pop up and disappear very quickly, too quickly to note it down.

No funds have been taken but I want to make these purchases so what do I do now please?

I also considered that upon the servers coming back up - my dragon crystal shop gives me only the "Double" Crystals option that we usually only get once per season. I don't know if that specifically caused a problem. As I have already made a purchase for the Walker's Trail loot upgrade and that transaction was fine.

Interesting - I was just able to make a single Dragon Crystal purchase a moment ago - I went to do a second (through steam) and immediately got the same Erro message

After confirmation, the transaction payment error code (Service Unavailable 7105) is due to your account being restricted. Please contact Steam customer service to lift the account restrictions before proceeding with the recharge.

Thanks, I have messaged Steam support, but it just seems very strange

Out of interest, when will the game be available on Epic Games please? As I never had issues with payments etc on there, and am not keen on the Steam platform.

When can we have the client available on Epic Games or GOG.com both of which have never been an issue for me previously with in game purchases!!!

Steam I only had because of Dragonheir and am having nothing but issues with it, am getting booted out of the game regularly, and the purchase of stuff problems mentioned above. 😡
