Cannot log in

This is ridiculous I cannot log into my account and I cannot go to the help request button because it will not open through Google I've tried linking my account through Facebook and the error message I keep getting is login is prohibited in this environment I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game I've tried everything I can think of please help
