1. In the event that you are unable to participate with your APPLE account at the moment, you may consider using your Google/FB account to log in and participate. For example, if you participate with your FB account, during the reward period, you will need to log in to the game with the designated game account, open the event page from within the game, in order to claim rewards for the corresponding account (FB).

2. The Apple account migration is expected to be completed in the next few days. You may choose to wait for the completion of the account migration to log in with your APPLE account. Additionally, we have extended the task completion time and reward collection time (Task period: UTC+0 from November 5, 2024, 0:00 to December 15, 2024, 23:59; Reward collection period: UTC+0 from December 16, 2024, 0:00 to January 15, 2025, 23:59). I have a few questions:

• Does that mean that if we want to participate we have to use FB/google?
• What happened to our "compensation for summoning chances" you talked about earlier this month? If we connect via FB/google i don't know how you will track that we wanted to use Apple account to connect and give us this compensation.
• If you can't track which pple were impacted by the failure of this apple migration process does that mean the "compensation for summoning chances" became an "extended completion time" for everybody?
• How exactly will we collect rewards in-game? Do we get a code from the event page that will allow us to use a FB/google account event rewards to our apple game account?
• What's exactly is happening with the apple migration process? It should have been completed for almost 20 days. Do we have anything to fear for our game data? what will happen if the migration process isn't finished when the game servers will be back online in 10days?

The Apple migration process is currently underway. Due to the large volume of data being migrated, the required time is longer than expected. Considering this, we have extended the event and reward claiming time to allow all travelers more time to participate. Regarding whether there will be further compensation, you can pay attention to the subsequent official announcements for clarification. During this period, you can choose to participate in the Thanksgiving Summon using either Google or Facebook. Regardless of the method you choose, after the server opens and within the claiming time, you need to log into the game with the account you wish to claim the hero rewards. Click on the Thanksgiving Summon event page to redirect to the webpage for claiming rewards. Once successfully claimed, they will be distributed via email.

As for the APPLE account data migration issue you mentioned, please rest assured that the migration process is ongoing. For travelers who have confirmed the migration, their account data will be retained and migrated.

• pple with apple account can't log to the game when it goes live again?
• pple with apple account will miss on oak blossom festival that we are waiting for months or close to 1 year?
• pple with apple account will be compensated with 100 wyrmarrow for each day we can't play? which is hilarious since we gains way more than 100wyrmarrow for each day we play so it's not even a compensation for not being able to play while everybody can. but it's probably closer to half the things we would have won if we could play. how can this be a compensation?
• pple with apple account will lose more than just a few wymarrow, dice etc that we get daily by playing, we'll loose acces to all the things we can get from all the ingame shops, events that we get every weeks, seasonal currency that we won't be able to get since we won't be able to play the end of the season & probably more rewards that i don't have in mind while writting this. what about these rewards?
• pple with apple account still have no idea what compensation we will get from not being able to participate in the thanksgiving summon event for more than 20days while everybody could. what about these rewards?
• pple with apple account don't even have a timeline to know when we'll be able to play since the only info we get is "it will be done in a FEW DAYS" and this is going on from week 1 of data migration.
• pple will not be able to play on iOS at all?

Am i wrong with this statement? I think we have the right to know how it's possible to get in this situation, why the "compensation" we'll get is not even half what we should get daily just from playing the game & when we can expect to play the game like everybody else.

As a project manager myself i wonder how it's possible for something that was scheduled that much time in advance to be this complicated & for the comunication to be so bad for this issue. When i screw up in my job the consequencies would be at least as bad if not way more than what you are facing. Talking about millions of dollars, losing customers and to some extend making pple lose their job. but mistakes happens and sometimes it's harder than what we expected and the project ends up taking more time than scheduled and sometimes even cancelling it. when this happens i still have to make a report to tons of pple including customers who where waiting for the project to start things on their side. I think we're kind of in the same situation where you are providing a service and we are expecting to have acces to this service as everybody else. So yes i'm being a bit crude when sharing my thoughts on this topic but i think we should have more info on this topic.

Btw I'm happy that i'm not a content creator since this will definilty impact their views on the content they will make.

Its sad that you reopening the servers when all is not ready to play yet. I know that it is in Apples hands, but its unfair for players with Apple ID and all the alliances they are in. We will also miss alot of gems, dices, sandcores ect.

As I‘m an Apple-ID player only and the season on my server ended during migration, my most urgent question is wether I‘ll land on the same server with my allies or on another server starting the new season once the Apple migration is completed.
It‘s sad that it was impossible to add a google/fb-account on time before migration.

The game is great and we all want things to end well. For me ending well means decent compensation (not a mere 100 wyrmarrow), being compensated for the oak festival/DnD & all event we might miss & being transfered on the same server as all member of our alliance. No one can really tell, for example watcher of realms had to postpone a major update for over 2 months because Apple just didnt reply and give a go....

And in our case, Android and steam gave there go very early on already, ansd the whole duration of 28 days Was already chosen so long because of expectations and experience with ios being slow...

I also work with apple and i know very well that sometimes it can get really... complicated. So yeah i totally understand that there is no way to get a date or anything from them/you.
That being said the official announcement from DH is "100 wyrmarrow daily for everything you might miss". Those 100 wyrmarrow are the compensation for missing oak blossom & DnD or can we expect more?

What we need is an official statement regarding what will happen for server migration at the end of the season if we're offline & if you plan to further compensate us regarding everything we'll miss in the game. Both of these issue are not related to apple and we need to know what you're planning to do in the close to worst case scenario where we won't be able to connect to the game for weeks/months.

If this official statement is the end of the story i would say that it's really... unfortunate...
