I created a character on the first season server, reached the quest "summon the souls of heroes with the help of the starlight stone", after that I burst all the violet summons and the quest still hangs. This already happened on another server, in early August. Because of this error, I could not go further, contacted support and they solved the problem in 2 days, when other players had already gone further along the plot, I lost 2 days and did not receive any compensation.
