How to obtain the logs: The log files are located under /Android/data/com.sgra.dragon/files/
Please look for the log files ending with "log". If you have not enabled the display of file extensions, you might not see the file names ending with "log". Example file names include: dragon_log_date_19.log. Please pack all the log files and send them to us.
