There is no way, that with properly balanced rng, on the summoning horn, out of the 40 plus rolls with a D20 that ive made, that every single roll has been below an 8. Same thing as with the D4's, I've hit every single statue up to currently released content, and not a single 4 has been rolled. If you are going to use dice, use thier actual roll chances.

Horn is like purple dice.
No 1-20 chance. Its more like this:
20 = 0.2%
15-19 = 3%
10-14 = 20%
5-9 = ~30%
1-5 = ~46.8%

Horn is free so they don't have to say the rate, but I'd assume it's equal to but probably lower than a Starlight dice.

All I know is that when I roll for gear or upgrades on gear, I end up selling 82% of what I’ve farmed hours for because the stats are crud or it’s epic rather than Lego, and capped on the stats
Far too often you get HP gloves, Chests and of those most are flat numbers rather than % or you end up with second favourite, flat number Def Gloves and chests…….yes you need some gloves and chests with HP% or Def% for those hero’s that benefit, but you need FAR more Attack% and Accuracy chests and gloves and ideally with % sub stats and not flat numbered rubbish like I end up with for third favourite!
I love the game, I really do, but the RNG is NOT working the way it may have been intended!
