i was top 1 in my serve yesterday, the end game boss was ending this night and the serv merge at the same time, I couldn't collect my ranking rewards

I just logged in and found that the server had already been transferred without being able to collect what I had won, in addition to losing my top 1 place in the general ranking cause of this

I'm probably not the only one on the server experiencing this problem.
