Its hard to wait for people in arena matchmaking and rifts. Why not make a little minigame to keep people busy and in the queue? Maybe even offer a little gold or something for playing it? This will ensure matchmaking is instantaneous and a better overall experience. Idea was given to me in game by other players. Thanks!
