As you can see in the video, Bleddyn isn't receiving the immunity from Gladros ult, creating for me a problem to score better at Aschetius. Please, fix it asap, as I'm losing damage for days.

That is not a bug. When Gladros casts his ult Bled has bigger shield from Vinyara so the Gladros shield is not applied, so his protection also not apply. Everything working as intended.

Where exactly is the rule about shields not accumulating?

Nowhere as far as I know. Yet it works that way.
Only if shields come one from skill and other from artifact ability they stack. In any other case the bigger shield stays.
