#Can't finish quest

As you can see from the screenshot, I have the items I need, but there is no option to interact with the NPC (turtle).

Ok, worked it out. Even though ther is no interact button I could still click on him to compete the quest.

This is the first quest I have come across in this game that didn't have an interact button to perform an action so it was confusing in what to do.
