I would say they don't get money for letting the game dying. Players won't spend on heros if overall the game doesn't seems healthy... And little things like cutting of the horse which has been there since season 1 as reward just contribute to the feeling that they no longer care.

I have to agree that it doesn't like this is the case. There is zero communication, no game improvement and little things getting worse. Doesn't feels like devs are really working on it.

A transition means transfering all relevant data, staff, hardware and more from one company to another .. thats nothing that has an inpact to the ingame experience in this very moment. We just hope this is settled soon...

The problem is with the ZERO communication in the last 1,5 month 😄
And with zero, we really mean zero. Nothing, nada.
Meanwhile we doing the same stuff day to day in the game. While we got nothing new(now nothing old with the horse and portraits gone). Not even a msg like:” sorry we don’t forget the game, we just counting our money you paid us” or anything.

They replaced them with more dice, I would rather have extra chances at legendary heroes than a useless skin that gives you nothing
