Vinyara Champion skill timing issue

Description: In season 4 when the skill timing is activated gor champion Vinyara, the ultimate does not go off.
It can be seen in the video that the initial timing set is 16s when the boss has the ultimate cooldown of 18s. the skill is ready for vinyara but isn’t activated automatically.
this has been consistent in every run

The boss has 5 buffs so he gets +50% recharge speed, so he reaches his ult far faster then at 16th second. All working as intended.
