It is very difficult and quite frustrating to obtain exclusive heroes. And it is even harder to pull a duplicate. Therefore, I came up with the idea of an exchange system. For example, if you have pulled a duplicate of non-exclusive heroes from a faction multiple times, you can exchange all your duplicates for an exclusive hero. What do you think about this?

Swapping ex for ex, maybe, but non-ex for ex nope. And overall i dont like the idea of swapping/trading in this game.

it means, for example, exchanging 10 duplicates of the poison faction for 1 Lothair, so not a 1:1 trade, but something like 10:1. It would be very difficult to achieve, but it gives the option to get your desired hero somehow!
