I have a problem with character named Halramar. His passive skill doesn't work correctly. On the arena we have two character in buttlefield: Halramar with Sand Glasses artifact on my side and Tamar with Sand Glasses artifact. Both have the same Skill Haste. Why Tamar is turned first?
