Is there anyone who can read legal eeze? I figure if we get the FTC's attention, as consumers, we might be able to make a difference. My problem is that the ftc website is confusing.

Even if we do this, i'm not sure the company want to fight against FTC and the US.

It will probably cost to them a lot for the same result. I think they have already try to discuss, that's why we were without any news for a while

I think the issue is that if the company simply dips out of the US then it is out of the FTC's jurisdiction

Or they will just leave a bankrupt shell company in the US so even if a judgement is levied there are no assets to seize
