As a European player I must confirm that I will not be spending a single penny more, after the way you’re treating US players. If you can do this to them then, you can also do this to us too.

You’ve made a huge mistake here and I urge the rest of the player base show solidarity and follow my lead.

I agree with you all. Getting the rug pulled out from under us and not understanding why, considering that some have put in a large sum of money is an awful feeling while we're scrambling to navigate refund policies that are not in our favor

I don't think we're so much of concerned with the blame game but would like to at least have some closure of why things are happening but are instead met with "thanks for your monies, k byeeee" OH! And here's all the updates you wanted but for other areas not you!

I've seen other games state, "we are unable to continue operations due to local laws regarding loot box" I don't see why it'd not possible here

It falla under the same category as negative business reviews which are generally protected if there is truth to it. ((Not arguing, just speaking from a place of sadge 😭))

It is still blaming and there wont be any explanation on WHY this HAD to be done. They made this clear to us as staff.

But shutting US servers? Geez Louise! That is really harsh for those who have lost their investment. My heart is with them since yes, this may happen in other games and company wich need fonds dont casually toss out cash

Right so it's just speculation why , it's also ONLY US not NA region. so whatever it is , it has something to do with that but since we don't know actual real reason i prefer not to spread false info

Theyve had issue with Samsung phones but aside from this, ive heard nothing out of sorts and well the game is pure gold.

They are pricing fairly, customer service is OK as far as i can tell and the game is insane good

I understand fully the frustration and feelings of resentment/deception/anger/disbelief/outrage or else customer may feel. Accounts may be transfered later to another server wich is my sincere hope. Lets cross our fingers everyone and hope for the best.

Companies can ill afford to lose customers. Altough if it is a political move, Dungeon and dragons is a wizard of the coast brand, a US trademark..... legal asset of Toys R US.

The solution is quite simple, allow US players to continue to play on non US servers, temporarily cease paid services until the solution is found and provide US players with a reasonable monthly virtual good compensation as good will.

Once I learned the game was leaving USA high and dry, I deleted it and found a new game!!! I won’t play this game ever again. Glad I never invested real $$$ now… sorry for my fellow USA players…. 🥴😪😪
