In S4 i got Halramar and tested him in arena and to me it seems like the oriented charm and taunt don't do anything. Are those bugged or am i missing something...?

Here is a video from arena, Halramar ults and lands the controll but it seems like it doesn't do anything

Hello, this fight was taken not against a player but a bot and it was taken right before i uploaded it here.
But i can confimr that Halramar has the same behavior in arena on all fights. I tested him multiple times and he was doing the same against bots and players.
Even when i attack a player that runs Halramar and theirs hit me with ult the same result happens.
Also i would like to mention that i tested him only in arena, not in pve content.

It seems all newly create character having bugs.. Guess those programmer just give up editing it and just patch up for sales.
